Urban Company women partners out-earn male counterparts across the board
Among those delivering 30 services a month, women earned 2.67 percent more than men per month. Of the top 20 percent, 10 percent and 5 percent partners, women logged 5.55 percent, 7.09 percent and 9.24 percent higher earnings than men in the nine months to December 2024.
